- Video, VR and prize games are played with the 20 TL JoyPark Card. The card fee and the loaded balance are non-refundable; the balance never expires. Balance and tickets are shared between Marka (Bursa), Bahçeşehir and Ümraniye Limonlu Cadde, and among all other branches.
- Non-slip socks are required in the soft play and trampoline areas and are sold at the entrance.
